Community solar projects are taking the first steps toward a future where people can move their money out of low-yield savings accounts and into safe and high-yield solar investments that lower carbon emissions and create green jobs and local prosperity.

Using funds from community donations and grants, XSeed Energy is a grassroots initiative in which residents, businesses and others work together to develop highly visible, renewable energy projects. Proceeds from financial incentives and donations are recycled back into an “energy bank” to fund ongoing renewable energy installations throughout Ann Arbor. The project’s goal is to seed community power projects.

XSeed Energy on the Radio!

XSeed's Bonnie Bona was the special guest this morning on WEMU's "Issues of the Environment" Radio Show!

Listen HERE

Hot Off The Press!

Before we have even made an official announcement about our first project, we've already received multiple inquiries from local media asking for more details about what we're doing here at XSeed Energy!
